**Tripoli:**
3. **10:00 AM**: Arrive in Tripoli, one of Lebanon's oldest and most vibrant cities. Begin your exploration in the following areas:
a. **The Old Souks**: Explore the maze-like alleys and bustling markets of the Old Souks. Be sure to admire the traditional architecture and historical buildings.
b. **Citadel of Raymond de Saint-Gilles**: Visit this medieval fortress for panoramic views of the city and its surroundings. Your guide can provide historical context and stories.
